Location
Shengjin is a small coastal town, situated on the northern part of the country, approximately 60km from the airport in Tirana. Arriving in Tirana you will enjoy the very picturesque journey scattered with stunning mountain views before arriving in this idyllic resort. With the historic town of Lezhë just a short drive away, the surrounding area is abundant with character and history.

The Properties
Apartments are supplied finished with ceramic tiles and electrical connections ready for installation. The bathrooms come complete with porcelain fittings, chrome taps and pipe work, with an electrical boiler fitted in each apartment. Air conditioning units can also be fitted at a nominal charge.
Shengjin Beach comprises of two buildings, each serviced by two lifts. The complex houses 9 floors, with the basement used for allocated parking and the ground floor made up of retail units. The remainder of the complex is made up of residential accomodation.
